I truly believe that Tofino is the best place to have your wedding. Whether you are eloping with just the two of you, or you’re planning on inviting all your friends and family. Tofino weddings are truly beautiful.
Last year I had the honour of being asked to travel with Annette and Nick for their Tofino wedding. Their original plans had changed, and a beach wedding became their new dream.
These two got married right on the beach at the Crystal Cove Resort. Annette wasn’t afraid to get her dress sandy. She had such a beautiful attitude on her wedding day. She was just ready to marry the love of her life and have so much fun doing it.
The day before their wedding, Annette and Nick took some time to find some spots they wanted to take their photographs in. Including a hike into the bushes, to get to a beautiful look out spot.
We then met back with their family to host a cook out, cake, and champagne. Their family made me feel at home, and I had a blast celebrating with them!
A few of my favourite things about Tofino Weddings.
1- It’s a tiny destination wedding, but you don’t need your passport. Tofino is just a short ferry ride and a few hours drive from Vancouver. It’s a great place to sneak way to get married.
2- There are so many beautiful resorts to choose from. My personal Fav is Crystal cove, you can rent cabins, or camp!
3- There is endless scenery! Miles of beach, great hiking trails, and so many unique venues to choose from for your photos.
4- It’s so chill! Tofino seems to be on it’s on speed of time. It’s a great place for relaxing and just enjoying the start of your marriage.
