They have a 32,000 square foot clubhouse that can hold any event you can imagine. In addition to that, they have multiple ballrooms to meet all your needs when planning your Westwood Plateau Wedding. Priding themselves in a West Coast feel, you will find striking wood beam architecture, warm color tones, large windows with picturesque views of the lower mainland and Mount Baker. They have a beautiful garden space as well, perfect for your ceremony. Westwood Plateau Wedding Venue offers a full special events team to help you with planning everything you need from itinerary, floor plans, menu selections, vendor referrals, rehearsal and budget planning.
A few notes on ceremonies….
From June to September: Ceremonies take place in their outdoor garden space. Here you will find beautiful, mature, tall trees, manicured greens and lush flower beds. Just in case the weather isn’t cooperating, there is also an indoor ceremony space that gives you the feeling of outdoors, with beautiful lighting and stunning views. The indoor space is the “Studio Room” and is on the second level of the clubhouse.
From October to May: Ceremonies take place in the “Studio Room”. The “Studio Room” at the Westwood Plateau Wedding Venue can comfortably seat 120 guests. If you have more, not to worry, they also have an additional space, the “Gallery Room”, that you can book from January to March and will fit all of your guests.
From April to October: the Westwood Plateau Wedding Venue offers a golf cart service as well, to help move your guests around comfortably.
