Meadow Gardens Golf Club welcomes you with a grand entry way, and so many options for your event. The venue it self can accommodate up to 300 guests! They offer anywhere from small intimate 10 person elopements, all the way up to huge parties.
Meadow Gardens Golf Club
This wedding venue has three options for your reception!
First up is the Ivory room, perfect for up to 130 guests! This room offers you access to your outdoor ceremony space, as well as access to the front lobby, and cocktail hour areas. It comes with the use of tables, chairs, tableware etc. You can choose to use your own decor company, or have access to their preferred vendor list!
Next is their Ebony Room. This banquet room can hold up to 170 guests, and could be combined with the Ivory room to host up to 300 people! Each space includes tables, chairs, tableware, etc.
The last space is upstairs called the Sherwood Room. This space holds up to 90 guests, and you have a private patio for your cocktail hour! It also has a beautiful view of your ceremony space and the golf course! The space an be pipe and draped to give it a more intimate feel!
For 10 person intimate weddings, Meadow Gardens Golf Club has an outdoor pergola space that can double as your intimate wedding ceremony space as well as a your small reception space. Especially during the Covid_19 pandemic, this gives couples the option to host a small wedding! You can order champagne and snacks to serve your guests after your ceremony! They also offer an indoor option as well.
The ceremony space at Meadow Gardens Golf Club is absolutely beautiful. Nestle along their venue along the golf course, it has a big beautiful tree as your backdrop. OR you can be creative and use the space in any way that fits your vision. It comes with chairs as well!
Meadow Garden Golf Club has a few more spaces that you can use for your event! The lobby is a great spot for welcoming your guests, and you have access to their bridal room to use for the entire day if you wish too! You can order mimosas and get ready with your bridal party!
As a Vancouver Wedding Photographer, I Absolutely love this venue! After speaking with Kayla, the coordinator for this wedding venue, she told me that the couples have the option to venture out on to the golf course for photos! HECK YES golf carts here we come! The venue has a barn location for photos, lots of cool bridges, and areas all around the course to have your photos taken.
