Your home cleaners started as as simple idea to create a home cleaning company, as so many people in the Abbotsford area search for a house cleaner every month, over 800 searches to be exact. How do we make our business stand out over the competition? We started with research, seeing what other cleaning companies do, and discovered that universally they are showing customers how they clean, what products they clean, and just how good they are at cleaning. Which is fine, however, we also discovered that more often than not (almost always) customers are hiring home cleaners, not because they don't know how to clean, but they just don't have the time. BINGO, no time, which means if they aren't able to find someone to hire, they have to sacrifice their free time to clean their home. 

This is where a lightbulb went on, and we chose to focus on showing our potential clients what they would be missing out on, if they didn't hire us. We created a website that doesn't show anyone cleaning. In fact, it shows a clean home, and images of all the things they would get to do because their home is clean. We took that to social media s well, focusing on sharing what is happening in The Fraser Valley, and because they hired us, now they have the freedom to live their life and never miss out. 

Setting the brand apart from the dozens of other cleaning companies, and finding a name that felt like it was about the clients experience, over the business it self. By doing research, and understanding what other companies were doing, paired with learning the pain points for clients (finding reliable people) we chose the direction of Your Home Cleaners, giving you your time back.
