Now that you're our client, we'll set you up with a client portal to access all your invoices, meetings and project details.  As well as a project board that we'll use to keep both of us organized and on time.

We work collaboratively within google drive, so you never have to go searching for information or files.

The monthly retainer is the way to go. You get dedicated hours to tackle everything, and we help you prioritize what's important.

From there we'll put together a recommendation that actually fits your budget and your goals. No pressure, no fluff.

What does working with Megan Ashley Creative actually look like?

Every project starts with a discovery process — we want to understand your business, your audience, and what you're trying to achieve before we put pen to paper. From there we move into concepts, feedback, revisions, and final delivery. We keep communication clear throughout so you always know where things are at. For monthly retainer clients, you'll have a dedicated block of hours each month and a straightforward way to submit requests so things stay organized and nothing falls through the cracks.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies depending on the scope of the project. Brand identity packages start at $3,500, websites start at $4500, and monthly retainers start at 8 hours per month. For graphic design and photography, pricing is quoted per project based on what's involved. We're always upfront about costs before any work begins — no hidden fees, no surprise invoices. If you have a specific budget in mind, let us know and we'll do our best to work within it or tell you honestly what's achievable.

Do you work with businesses outside of Abbotsford?

Absolutely. We're based in Abbotsford but work with small businesses all across the Fraser Valley, Metro Vancouver, and the Lower Mainland — from Chilliwack and Mission to Langley, Surrey, Burnaby, and downtown Vancouver. Most of our work is done remotely through video calls, shared files, and online proofing tools, so location is rarely a barrier. For photography and on-site shoots, we travel across the region and will always include any travel costs in your quote upfront.
