Get to know you, and your business
What do you do, why do you do it, and who do you do it for! It seems simple, but really understanding what you offer, why you offer, and who you offer it too, really helps me get into your mind.

GET TO KNOW YOUR CUSTOMERS
Who do you serve, and what do your current customers say about their experience? I conduct user testing to get into the minds of your customer. find out what they love, or what is missing from their experience.
step THREE
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY DOING?
Dive into what you're currently offering your customers; what is working? Find out what may not be working, and identify those pain points. This is about researching what actually needs help, and leaving what does not.
step four
PROBLEM SOLVING
Together, we're going to take steps 1-3 and go through all of my research, and create a plan to change, develop or remove parts of your customers journey, to make it the best experience possible. The goal is to create a list, and work our way through together.

I know your sick of guessing and trying and spending money on things you don't know will work. We go through all the steps, and I create a document that clearly shares all my research, outlines what you need to invest in, and guide you on your next steps.
We'll also create a proper brand guide that you can share with your staff, future collaborators or freelancers.
